Would someone kindly do a burial lookup for me please?

Ann Perry died 16.10.1918 at Churcham Glos age 78yrs.

She is not on the NBI discs any where in Glos. Churcham St Andrew is on, but there are no Perrys there. It may be that just the early years have been transcribed for this church
