	Please help i'm searching for Frances W Lombard b 1870--d1957, I'm wishing to know who are her mother and father were. I think she was born in South Africa. Her husband was William J A Whittall b 1858--d 1912. I do know that she was Half Dutch half French.
	Researching: Cliffe famliy, Staffordshire and Cheshire.
