Member Since: August 2007 Posts: 40 Send Message	Hi to you all. I am looking for information regarding my grgrgr grandfather. His name was Daniel Lewis his y.o.b. was1854/1855 he originated from Llandeilo. On the 1881 census he was with a Catherine Lewis his wife i assume do not know her y.o.b. or where she originated from. All it states is that they have the following children. Mary Lewis aged 13 y.o.b. 1868/1869 Catherine Lewis aged 7 y.o.b. 1873/1874 Margaret Lewis aged 5 y.o.b 1875/1876 Annie Lewis aged 4 y.o.b. 1876/1877 Elizabeth Lewis aged 2 y.o.b. 1874/1875 Jemima Lewis aged 7mths y.o.b 1875 Elizabeth and Jemima could be other way round for ages. It states that my grgr grandmother Catherine was born in ystylefera and the street address was 2 Penlan Row. On the 1891 census When my grgr grandmother Catherine was 18yrs old she was a boarder in Western Street in Llansamlet she was a tin-plate worker and her siater Mary a Lewis was boarding with her. On the 1901 census my grgr grandmother Catherine was then 28 yrs old and she was again in boarding but at 104b Woodlield stree Morriston in Swansea. She was registered in the parish of Llangafelach. She also had her daughter with her who was Alice-May Lewis aged 1yrs old. If anyone can make a connection from this info i would be grateful if you would contact me. Many Thanks, Helen.
