Could anyone tell me, if the only info I have on 3 people in my tree who were all born in Ireland according to census entries, how can I find any information on them?

1) John D'arcy b.1833 Ireland county unknown

Father Nicholas D'arcy according to marriage cert

2) Bridget Connelly b.1838 Ireland county unknown

Father Gregory Connelly according to marriage cert

3) James Davis b. 1864 Ireland possibly Drogheda Co Down.

Father George Davis. Apparently he was customs officer at Belfast, story also that he may have lived in Angelsey Wales and moved over to Ireland. Don't know if this is true.

I have tried looking on some Irish censuses but I wouldn't know if I had the correct people.
