I'm trying to find any family of my Great Aunt Cissie, I am not sure if she was my grandfathers sister or a relative of my grandmother, My grandfathers name was Thomas Henry Smith and he died very young (28yrs old) My grandmothers maiden name was Mary Monahan, there was also an Aunt Lisa and I don't know if she was related to Cissie or my grandmother. Can anyone help please. |

Hello, I saw your message and I have heard the surname BASS mentioned as friends of my family. We knew Dolly Bass - her daughters were bridesmaids to my aunt - Betty Jarvis (maiden name Davey). It is a longshot I know. Hope this helps. Regards Julie |

Hello Julie, thank you for replying. The only other piece of information I have is that Cissie was married to Jim Bass. I'm not sure what 'Cissie' is short for and I don't know whether they had any children. I think they lived in the Essex area, so if your friend Dolly knows anyone of this name in that area, I would be grateful if you would let me know. Once again, thank you for taking the time to reply to my request. Regards, Patti. |
