hi All , Just wondering if it's possible that anyone can get me a pic of the former mayor of Grantham,his name was JOSEPH W FLATTERS and he was mayor in 1981.
I live at the other end of the country and have been unable to find one on the net,fingers crossed someone may be able to help, thanks Pam

Have you tried contacting the local paper the Grantham Journal they may possibly have some in their archives.
