Is father John still a railwayworker or gas stoker but he was born 1850/1 earlier?
How do you know where she was born. A place of marriage is not really the same as place of birth

Would SKS look for Elizabeth Alice Wilson born 1881 in Durham/Hartlepool.
Her father was John Wilson c1855 around Durham/Hartlepool.
I have Elizabeth's Marriage(23yrs old) cert from 1904 married Robert Beevor(26 yrs old) in West Hartlepool.
Her father John was deceased in 1904 on the marriage cert.
