thanks so much. i am new to this and i thought i found mary ann,s maiden name but may have got it wrong. hallam is the name i found born 1842 married henry 1860 (oct nov dec) in bakewell. thanks kay

how do i look back pre 1800.do i have to go to another web site. i am getting hooked now henry and mary pickering are my g.g.grandparents they eventually settled in rotherham where their daughter annie married arthur smith, my nans parents !!! many thanks again kay
