I am looking for a William Crew. I have no idea when or where he was born. On his daughters wedding certificate his occupation was a "Lighterman". I believe his wifes name may have been Ellen.
The daughters name is Frances and on various census records she was either born in 1863 or 5 and born in Lambeth or Southwark,
