Give us a little more info, Marie.

Who are these children, and who else might they belong to? Do you mean just the births with that surname in the GRO births index for that place and time period? But hers would have a different surname ...

Have you searched at

www.freebmd.org.uk

for marriages?

For Sarah Cheesebrough, marriages 1845 to 1870, there are five results, 1855 to 1866.

Take them all to the 1861 and 1871 censuses (whichever apply), and search for Sarah with each surname from each result (probably two possible grooms in each result), using the birth details you have -- born 1829 +/-2, say, in Bradford, and the given name of the groom in question as husband's name.

If you find a Sarah who matches the birth details you have, with a husband by one of the names in one of those marriage lists, you're probably on the right track.

If you don't have census access, copy and paste the marriage list for each of those results from FreeBMD in your thread here, and request that someone check censuses for Sarah by those names. I'll be working a lot today, but someone else helpful may happen by!
