Missing! 2 great uncles I didn't know existed. The showed up in the 1901 Census aged 22, and 18 sons of Dr William Osborn Lambert. My grandfather was their younger brother Arthur. I knew nothing about them until a few weeks ago following a search. Never mentioned within the family. What happened to them? My father was born in 1912, so they would have been in their 30s when the war started. Did they die in the war did they have any family? Can anyone answer the question for me. I'd love to find out more about them. |
