Please help with my grandfathers WW1 records

Charles William Roe born 1886 in Norwich, Norfolk.
He served in the 1st world war & was wounded with gun shoot wounds to his spine which left him paralysed. He died from those wounds in 1921.
Please I need help in finding out just when he was discharged from the army.
I've tried to look it up but have got nowhere.
If any one could help me please!

Thanks but I have already looked at the medel card you found & I dont think he is the same person.
Charles death certificate says he was in the Rifle Brigade.
Do you think this is a different person???

Sorry, doesnt seem to be on ancestry pensions - this is the nearest one

He was born in the parish of St. John Timber Hill, so no this isnt him I'm afraid.
