Thanks everyone for your help. As far as I know dad was an only child by Edith - I know Isaac had 2 or 3 children by his first marriage. |

My father's mother, Edith May Scott (maiden name Smith) died when he was about 2 years old, in about 1943 Crowborough, East Sussex. I have, so far, been unable to find any details about her, other than her name being listed as mother on my fathers birth certificate. |
