Only just catching up on this one - just at a glance though, I never checked the images on the second census up there with Annie Iles as a servant - she seems to be with a family called Heading - just wondered if that was actually Harding - if anyone gets the chance to look.

There was a Vera Harding ILES born Dec Q 1896 in Cirencester ... so you could try that area of the country for more Harding Iles!

Well, bit of a coincidence that her step father has the same first names. William Thomas Harding !!!

I can see that the Annie Hall matches as I have both birth certificates for both Annie L Iles, I also have a marriage cert so I am very sure that Annie Louisa is the one. On my little Annies birth cert it has no father, on her marriage cert it has William Thomas Harding Iles. Now it is possible that she didnt want to say that she was illegitimate so she took another family members name who ever it was had died (deceased on cert) so she didnt need to worry there

So now I need to find if this was an Uncle or grandfather.

1901 - Possible, Annie Iles has married William Thomas Hall and taken little Annie along with her? Its looking good - see the gap between the Annie aged 6 and the next child aged 2 - after the 1897 marriage. I think this is very likely your girl, shes done well, William is a farmer (get the marriage cert) (Have you got little Annies marriage cert?)

It seems good in which case Annie Hall, nee Iles was born Highworth Wilts (Im slightly confused re the girl above in 1881 - working at Highworth and some 7 years older)

Annie Louisa Iles was born in 1894 in St Giles, Reading, Berks. Her mother was also called Annie Iles and no father was listed on her birth certificate. I have little Annie's birth certificate however there are no details that I can use to find where Annie senior came from. Its a very long shot but anyone have a Annie Louisa in their family.
