Does anyone have any information on my great grandfather's descendants. His name was John Moran born 1883 Unsure exactly where he was born but he was baptised 9/06/1883 at St Bede's Roman Catholic church Carlisle 1883. His parents were a Catherine Brown ? where born and Patrick Moran born in Ireland. John married Margaret Sharpless at Newcastle registry office 10/03/1908

Hi Grif. I think I have the right family, but it is a little different from your details.
I think Patrick was born in Carlisle but his parents were born in Ireland.

I cannot find a marriage of Patrick to Catherine Brown. but this does not mean there wan'nt one.
