	If you're still looking, Peter -- you should put a name in your post. As it appears in general trying-to-find, there isn't even a surname. And maybe an approx DOB/age? Names of family members who returned to Wales? Anything else that would identify him? Can't tell where else you posted it ("found"?), but if you're getting help on another board here, you could just delete this one. If not, delete one of them, or mention in both what other board you have posted the request on.
