There maybe restrictions on issuing birth certificates less than 50 years old, I think unless you can give more information.

Is there anyone in the family, ...or her friends, who would be able to guide you?

Please help i and trying to find birth certificate for micheal louse burnett born between 1970 and 1979 thisis urget need to know her full date of bith and what part of bishop auckland she was born need to get her birth certificate so my little grandaoughter can get passport to visist me in spain for xmas can any one help
