Trying to find william rowe and mary uren

Im searching for information on William James Rowe and Mary Jane Uren. They were both born around 1845 and married around 1865 in England, I think Cornwall but not definate. They had around 13 children, and quite a few died young. Their daughter Victoria Maud Rowe ( my gr grandmother) was born in the Bendigo (Victoria, Australia ) area. I have Victoria's birth records , with quite a few siblings, but as it was a long time ago it is very difficult to read.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your information, I just dont know whether to order the certificate as Victoria's Birth Certificate says they married in 1862.
