I am looking for John Moore born around 1875+ or- he married Mary Crawford (Crawford biscuits) and had a son in 1895 called Thomas Boniface Moore. Do not know if there were any other siblings. Can anyone please help me. Thankyou. |

Do you think this might be the marriage. It's the only one showing on freebmd. Were they married in England? |

I would think that was the couple as it ties in with their son's birth, but I can't find the couple in 1901 |

There is this but Mary was born in Ireland. John was a blacksmith also born in Ireland. |

Yes I found but thought that because of Mary's family she would have married into money - but you never know! |

John Moore apparently liked his drink and was the life and soul of the party perhaps Mary Crawford liked that better than biscuits!!! |

Glad to have helped Lynn. Surprised it's them as I thought she would have married someone a bit further up the social scale but perhaps they were madly in love. I hope so anyway! |

Apparently when she married Jphn Moore I have since found out that the family (crawford) disowned her. This could probably account for the difficulty I am having in trac ing the children, in particular Thomas Boniface Moore born 1895. He emigrated to Australia and died in 1962 but am so desperate to contact his children I know there was one Bryan but do not know if there were any more. Am awaiting confirmation from Queensland but many thanks for your excellebnt help. Happy Christmas. |
