Apologies, the Florence Amey Harris birth reg I found was "Isl"e of Wight, not "Isl"ington. Sorry to have misled you with such a silly error.
I've looked for Ada Ponton on Ancestry, and there are tiny numbers in England and Wales btween 1871 and 1901 - none of which look like yours - all born 1870s onwards apart from one born in Wiltshire in 1869, who remains single in 1891. Is Ada's maiden name given as Ponton on both the boy's birth certificates?
I also tried looking for Porter (there are a lot of Porters!)
There is a Florence Adelaide Porter birth registered in Dec 1881 (Islington 1b - the index page is very speckled, and the page reference is given as 336 - but could just conceivably be 386 - Free BMD has several births in the Dec qtr of 1881 in Islington for both page numbers 336 and 386); and an Ada Porter (stepdaughter of David and Elizabeth Evans) aged 17 on the 1881 census, born in Clerkenwell.
I see that Ada Beatrice Harris married Alfred Alexander Fordham later in 1891(Sep qtr, Islington 1b 574) and is on the 1901 census with him aged 37.

I looked for marriages of Ada Beatrice (no surname, in case there was a previous marriage) and came across one for an Ada Beatrice Fildew in Sep 1881, but the page reference (Islington 1b 539) has only three parties listed, so there is a groom missing. I tried to identify the groom by using just the quarter and district, but could not identify a likely Harris match.
Since Florence may be four years older than Frederick according to the 1891 census, I wonder whether Ada married Thomas Harris around the birth of Frederick?
There is a marriage of an Ada Beatrice Porter in December 1885 in Islington (1b 475), but not to a Thomas Harris.

I have the 2 boys certificates but can't find Florences
Do you have the District,Volume and Page for Florence's Birth?
Iam still looking up dates for Tom Harris and Ada Ponton but don't know where to go from here as I have looked every where for their marriage
