Hi
Can anyone please help me to find this family in 1871.
In 1863 Edward Richard Perks married Sarah Riley Taylor in the Parish of Bishop Ryder Birmingham Warwick. Edward was a chemist and aged 30 yrs. Sarah was aged 27 yrs.
I cannot find them in 1881 and would like to find some children for them.
Thanks in advance.

Irene, we're stuck.
The only Edward & Sarah born about 1830s are living in Yorkshire & he's a shoemaker.
Is there a chance Sarah died & Edward remarried?
Ozi.

Hi all
Thank you for the help. Sorry about Caroline and Frederick. Wrong names.
Sarah Riley Taylor was born in Bilston, Wolverhampton daughter of Henry and Harriet. Edward Richard Perks was born possibly Birmingham but I am not sure. His residence at time of marriage in 1863 where he was aged 30 yrs was Soho Street, Handworth.
In Dec 1886 Sarah emigrated to New Zealand. So far I have only found her on the passenger list. In 1890 she remarried a John Deerness in NZ and stated herself as a widow 1884. I have not been able to find the death of Edward Perks. Edward was a chemist as his occupation when he married Sarah.
If this is my Sarah in 1871 then she is already a widow and the date of 1884 is wrong. Maybe I need to look earlier for a death for Edward. Could the Edward be Edward jnr.
I do not know of any children so am interested in trying to find them in 1881 hoping there may be some with them.
Thanks for the help. I appreciate it very much.
Irene
