	This is quite a complicated one, but here goes...... I have on the 1861 census Thomas Johnson,born Kingston Lilse, and Alice Johnson(nee Busson) with 3 of their daughters, Jane , Mary A, and Elizabeth. Also with them are John Johnson, Thomas' brother and a cousin called Elizabeth Wirdenham?.... I was trying to find out how Elizabeth fitted into the equation. I have found her in 1851 with her parents listed as Wirnham, her parents being Richard and Caroline, and have since found a marriage for Richard Wirdman and Caroline Clark in 1841 in the correct district.... My question is if Elizabeth and Thomas were cousins would Thomas' mother have been a clark or a Wirdman? Does this sound right? I have yet to find Thomas' parents but thought that going through Elizabeth may help things. What does everyone else think please or am i barking up the wrong tree here? Thank you everyone, Rebecca.
