Just as a matter of interest, have you put his name in the Search Trees or Search Records (on the green tab at the top of the screen) to see if any member of GR has got him in their tree?


That is the way to find out if there is a tree for him.

I hope you didn't get your information from the Mormon site, www.familysearch.org??

I found these on there, and they are all SUBMITTED records, which means submitted by a member of the church, with no backup documentation, and therefore not to be trusted.

In fact, the second record down shows that Joseph Victor Anthony Ruston married Ella van Heemstra in 1926 in Batavai, Indonesia. The last two records show that Joseph (Victor Anthony) Hepburn-Ruston married Ella Van Heemstra in 1928, Belgium!!!

Incidentally J V A Hepburn-Ruston apparently died in 1977 while J V A Ruston died in 1980.

looking for family tree of a Victor John George Ruston British citizen married to Anna Juliana Ruston they had a son named Joesph Victor Anthony Ruston born Onzic Bohemia just south of Poland. Joseph Ruston passed away in Dublin Ireland his last wife name is Fidelma. I was looking for family of Victor John George Ruston.All I know he was a British citizen.
