Do you have his marriage certificate? That would give his father's name.

His birth is on Free BMD. I suggest you buy the certificate to find parents' names. I can't find him on the 1901 census.

KathleenBell Report 6 Dec 2007 15:38

If you know when Henry and Ellen married, then it is just a case of searching through the birth index qtr. by qtr. from that date looking for Weston births where the mother's maiden name is given as Jarrett, to find their offspring.

Sam Report 6 Dec 2007 15:39

FreeBMD only goes upto c1925 so you probably won't find any of his offspring on there if his wife wasn't born until 1913.
You need to search the complete indexes.

I would definitely get his birth certificate, Janet. At least you will then have his parent's names if nothing else and will be able to work backwards from them.
