im trying to find my mother's real father all i know is his name which is Les Bennet, dont know his background like where he was born, when he was born, who his parents was. All i know is that he has seeing my Grandmother (Eileen Watson nee Mountain) in 1952 which in result Eileen gave birth to my mother in january 1953 unsure if he was still with Eileen when she was pregnant with my mother, at the time off all this Eileen was in Grimsby. My mother's name iz Lynda.
Do know that Les died in 1965 which was in Grimsby, so dont know if he had family there.

If anyone knows anythink on Les Bennet I would be greatful if you got in touch.

Many thanks

Charlotte

hi Charlotte

If you look up the details of Les bennets death & send for a copy of the death certificate, it will give the name of the person who reported it.This could help in finding any other family he may have had.
good luck

I've looked for deaths of Les/Leslie Bennet(t) for 1965 plus March quarter of 1966. There are a couple in London and one in Birmingham.

If Les was a middle name that he used as a first name it will be a long haul.
