THANKS VERRY MUCH FOR THE HELP. I DO HAVE MY NANS BIRTH CERTIFICATE MAY 1886 IN ANDOVER. COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHERE YOU FOUND THIS INFO AS I COULD NOT FIND IT ON THE CENSUS RETURNS.

Her GRO birth reference - I suggest you buy the certificate which will give her parents' names and then do a search using just the first names:

If you buy the above birth cert it will give parents full names and other info £7 from GRO online. The reg district Andover will cover many areas so dont get bogged down looking for a person born in that town only.
