Found a possible for the parents of Elizabeth Alice.

Found a marriage of George Frederick BOWEN in 1876 AMJ Thanet Mary Head or Elizabeth Hollands

Then found a death of an Elizabeth BOWEN 1854 to 1876 JAS Thanet.

Then another marriage of George Frederick BOWEN 1878 AMJ Thanet to Elizabeth HULGRAVE.

Found George born 1854 Canterbury and Elizabeth born 1846 Margate in 1881 at Margate. Also with them was Daniel HULGRAVE born 1813 Rotherhithe Surrey.

Hope this helps but the birth certificate would make sure.

Not having any luck finding her on the census. You could buy her birth cert to find her mother's maiden name.

Father was George Frederick Bowen b. c.1851 M Elizabeth?
Father was John Bowen b. c.1750
Looking for any information on Elizabeth Alice Bowen, my granma and an information on her parents.
