Does anyone know how to look up old records of people who were made Wards of Court?

Depends what year you are talking about but assuming you are talking about at least 19 century records then you could try TNA at Kew or the A2A site.

TNA is at www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

Just google a2a for that site.

if you are talking modern day Wards of Court then I suggest you google "Wards of Court".
