Trying to find details of James Toogood b.1837 wife Frances b.1837 . 1861 census shows them living Wares Gardens, St. Pauls, Bristol. I believe his father was Jeremiah b.1816 but I don't have any more info.

Buy the certificate for both fathers names and occupations and you can then be certain of the line to follow. Why do you think dad is Jeremiah? What gave you that info?

You need the cert for £7 from GRO online using the ref you have above.
