Or maybe it is Birley i.e. Burleigh (nr Stroud) mispelt. |

In the 1851 census there is a Hannah Workman lodging at Stonehouse aged 62. She is a hand loom weaver and a widow. Birthplace has been transcribed as Birley but looks like Bisley. |

Can someone kindly look to see if there is an 1841 record for Richard and Hannah Workman. They should be living in Painswick, Gloucestershire. Born around 1780/85 ish I should imagine. Thanks a lot! |
