	hi this is difficult ive tried and tried to find the death details of my grandfather william john RUSSELL, ive asked living rellies no luck there my grandma beatrice [his wife ] was born in 1885 died in kent 1946 i believe my grandad was still alive then and died sometime in 1947 - 1952 poss in kent /london areas i know this is very little to go on hence the reason ive been unsuccesful with my research but if anyone can assist with info or advice i would be grateful if not then thank you for your time anyway

	Get your grandmother's death cert.......it will tell you whether she was a 'wife' or a 'widow' at the time. Reg

	reg i took your advice & ordered a death cert of my grandma in the hope that this will tell me if she was a wife at the time or a widow been informed i will have this by saturday will keep you informed on here whether you were correct or not hope you are david
