From the book; Irish Family Names by Brian de Breffny
Collins; O Coilean, O Cuilleain
Conway; Mac Conmheadha, Mac Conmhaigh, some of this name used O instead of Mac.
Coyne; O Cadhain, O Comhdhain, Mac Giolla Chaoine
Cairns; O Ciarain, O Ceirin

In case you dont know mh in Gaelic is a v sound
