	Hi MaryMc, It's loading fine for me. Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader? If not, then you would have to download it to view. I can't really think of any other reason why......................................operation not allowed? I wonder what that means? Deb:)

	I have a sub to Find My past and have found the following record - National Roll of the Great War STAPLES C VII - London: (West, South East & Central London). However it won't load for me. Just keeps saying "operation not allowed" Can someone who has a sub check and see if it loads for them? Ta MaryMc
