Hello; I'm looking to see if anyone might know of some "places" to get in contact with to get any info on a list of inmates from the workhouses on Rice Street, Liverpool for 1882/83. On the census there is a James Livingstone a dock laborer, aged abt 23 listed as an inmate. I'd be interested to see if he was still listed on their manifest of residents after 1881. To see if he left there or not. In helping me on the research of my ggf's where abouts prior to coming to Canada. thanks ...Gary
