Trying to find my fathers family Hammond

Hi I'm trying to find out about my fathers family i have got my fathers mothers name from my fathers birth certificate. Her name was Gladys Maud Gertrude Hammond. She was a cook at 230 GAnder Green Lane Sutton Surrey. When she had muy father she was at Birdhurst Lodge South Park Hill Road Croydon. Any information woould be greatfully received
