Who could be Williams father

There is a possibility that William was illegitimate if the father is not stated on the marriage entry.

The BVRI discs have his marriage but not his birth.

Hi could any one help find who myG G G Grandfather his son was William Oliver B1776 Welbury Yorkshire He married 1801 in Newcastle A Elizabeth Watson at All saints church her father was John but no mention of Williams father would be grateful for any help on this as until I find him I can't go any further with my family tree DA
