	My Grandfather Henry SHEPHERD (carman) married Nellie SULLIVAN Poplar 1/6/1903. They produced 3 children, placed in Hutton Poplars School, Essex when the marriage failed & Henry left his family. Henry's father's occupation was shown on the 1903 marriage cert as "Foreman". He was also called Henry. I have been unable to locate either Henry with any certainty in census returns. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT HENRY JR. COMMITTED SUICIDE BY DROWNING IN RIVER THAMES. Does this ring a bell with anyone? I would love to find out more about my grandfather. Please help if you can. Thank you.

	No connection....just trying to help.... How old was Henry / Harry on his marriage certificate? What was the name and occupation of his father? Were there SHEPHERD witnesses? Gwyn
