	Pauline, Informatio will be, Name, Age, Occupation (usually man) Where death occured, Usual Address, If Widow/Widower/Spinster, If any of above who they were widow/or widower of, Name and address of informant,and relationship if any, Ant information given on a death cert is only as reliable as the informant gives, Only Scotland certs have parents names on,
