PS: For anyone connected to this family, there is some discrepancy as to whether this is 'our' Rebecca. Rebecca Stephenson of Whittington is on the 1871 census with her stepdad William Beswick.......

Rebecca Beswick was born, according to the 1891 and 1901 census', in 1865, Whittington, Derbys. I cannot find her on the 1871 or 1881, but would be interested to hear from anyone who has come across the Beswick's of Whittington. I only have her husband whom she married in 1884 (George Johnson of Heage but living in Whittington before marriage) and 10 children, so cannot give info on her parents or siblings until I obtain the certificates.
