My Great-Grandmother was Charlotte Elsarine/a Mann (Married to Henry Oakley b c1860 Orsett). I am looking to find any siblings/other family members of hers. I think she may have had a brother called William, who in turn had a son called Bertie. I think Berties mother died in childbirth or shortly after.
