Thank you very much,Julie.The fellow got about a bit if the "son" relationship is correct!
I wonder if you can try for another Scottish look-up for me if you are not too busy please? I have a James Frame I'd like to find mostt likely in Lanarkshire,in 1871.In 1841 he and wife Janet Wilson were in Carluke.He was a servant .He was born Currie, Midlothian in 1804.In 1851 he was a farm labourer in Old Bowland ,Walston parish ,Lanarkshire and in 1861 he was in Quothquan,Libberton,lanark,still with wife Janet and with daughter Janet aged 21 and grandson Alexander Frame aged 2,born Libberton.

What site have you seen them on cos in the 1861 on Ancestry there are only 2

And the 3 in the 1871 isn't them

There are 4 William Gallons in Elgin in 1861, and 3 in 1871, but I don't have enough credits to look at the details, sorry.

Hi,
Could someone help me please to look for William Gallon,wood merchant,born 31-5-1836 in Pluscarden,Elgin parish,Morayshire in the1861/71 censuses.He married a Margaret McKissack or McKessack in 1859 in New Spynie,Elgin and was living in Pluscarden,Elgin at the time.I can't find any children for this pair on the IGI.Many thanks for any possible help,
