Interesting - Richard was born in Ireland while older Peter is born in Liverpool. So perhaps they're in Ireland for 1871.

I am just slowly going out of my mind with this Carney family. Some are in Scotland, some in England and their all hairdressers except the 1861 posted. They all however come from Belfast Ireland either Antrim or Down.
