Arthur Bingham 1890c can anyone please find him / his family, in the 1891/1901 census?

Believe that he was born in Derby.
( although it is possible that he could have been born in Leicester).

If you find his birth registration on freebmd, you can tell us a more accurate birth location

This is all that I have:

Married in Derby/ March qtr 1924 / vol 7b page 779 / bride Susan Fowkes / groom Arthur Bingham 924.

I know that Susan Fowkes was from Leicester.

Until you get the marriage cert, you can't even speculate about his age, let alone his birthplace
