There was another Ernest Roberts who arrived in 1920 but his age is wrong. He was 30 but he was from Birmingham. He had a wife back home, Mrs. Roberts, 44 Parliament St., Birmingham. He was heading for Willingford, Connecticut to join brother-in-law Mr. Cande?ont. |

Not sure if we have the right one here. The one who emigrated 1908 was from Crook, Durham. He was a miner and was heading for Saginaw, Michigan. His nearest relative was Frank Walters (brother), Witton Gilbert, Durham. He was going to join friend Emily Alderson, 933 S. Jefferson Ave., St. Charles, Saginaw, Michigan. |
