Not quite sure what you meant by "the later ancestors" -- maybe exactly the ones in 1891 there!
If the parents were still living in 1911, you could apply for access to the census for the address on Harry's birth cert, if you think they might still have been living there, to see whether they had any children living at that time.
Other than that, there are so many Powell births in Lambeth 1900-1905, e.g., ... there just wouldn't seem to be any way to distinguish theirs.

I'm trying to find any information regarding my grandfather Harry Powell Born 18 October 1906 at Richmond Street, Kennington Road, Lambeth. His parents were Arthur Job
(B 1874 - 40 Regency Place) and Sarah Ann (Nee Parmenter) (B1875 - 2 Cottage Place, New Street, Princes Road, Lambeth).
My grandfather was apparently one of nine children, his brothers and sisters died at birth or at an early age. His parents died when he was young and he was taken into a childrens home and taken out by a lady he called Aunt Min (Minnie). (Not sure that she was really his aunt)!
Any information regarding his family would be greatly appreciated, although I know the later ancestors, I would love to know about his brothers and sisters.
