Have you considered WWI?

A lot of young men went permanently missing in that debacle.

At the Commonwealth War Graves Commission site

http://www.cwgc.org/debt_of_honour.asp?menuid=14

there are a couple of L Bells w/o sufficient identifying info (like DOB) or info about next of kin to be able to tell who they were.

I am looking for any info re Leonard Bell who had a brother Eli Bell
I have found them on the 1901 census, cannot locate a marriage or death for him.
He was born on the 18/01/1896, my mums father was Eli Bell and the family were unaware of Leonard Bell I assume he must have died young (parents William Henry Bell & Susan Bell nee Walker

can anyone help?
