Hi Reg,
I did try an address look-up myself and got totally lost, think I tried on Ancestry, then gave up.
Cheers M.

Thanks Sue,
9 results may mean just 9 houses? I'm sure it was only a small St from my childhood memories, went down it many times into Middleton.
I've tried early maps, but it isn't showing.
Cheers Margaret.

I think that 9 on the above family is the schedule number.....not the house number.

Thanks Alice,
There was only one Lime St. Just needed to confirm that it was a house as someone in contact with me, thought that numbers 7, 9 and 11 was a small Mill. It's a little dispute :)

Julie, I haven't a clue who lived there, just know it wasn't my g.g.grandparents at that time, they were in Ormskirk. Thanks for the offer anyway.
Cheers Margaret.

HI,
Can anyone find who was living at 9 Lime St, Middleton, near Manchester, Lancs in 1871? It should be Parkfield/Holy Trinity parish.
My g.g.grandparents where there in 1876 when it was a house/cottage. They were not there in 1871 and i'd like to find out if it was a domestic habitation then.
Any help very much appreciated.
Cheers Margaret.
