I am trying to trace ancestors of Hugh and Sarah (nee Clark) Spencer who lived in Silsden W Yorkshire. Sarah may have had parents who came down from Scotland/and or connections with the Clarks buried near Robbie Burns who started the Royal Bank of Scotland (as detailed on grave stone). I can't seem to get further back in records on this site - can anyone advise me of next step I can take....appreciate any help. Carole
