Member Since: March 2004 Posts: 74 Send Message	can someone help me fill in a gap, 1891 to 1901. I have Albert French mar 10 Aug 1902 to Martha Lowe in Melton Mowbray. Also Albert 1901 census, Park rd Melton Mowbray age 23. so far so good family knowledge tells me he was from Hertfordshire & census says place of birth Sinton or Sorton or Sutton Hitchen, there is a Hitchin in Hertfordshire. Marr cert says father George , only 1 Albert with father George marr to Minnie Hilsden & 1901 is with Hilsden family ( thought i had a bigamist in the family for a while) only other possibility i can find is a George Albert French b 1877, fathers name George. Can find him in all relevent census records as George except 1901 when he is not around. And cannot find Albert before 1901 would you agree it is a safe bet that i have found him.
