Keith, thank you. I will make a note of that too because I am only guessing that they married in Walsall - for some reason they could have married elsewhere. Thanks again.

Dont know if this is them but only Mary Ann marrying a John Scott in Warwickshire Sep 1837-Dec 1842

Thanks everyone. Have made a note of these to study properly, but I do know his wife is definitely Mary Ann Something or other.

Porta
Hill

In Birmingham.

The other names showing for this page are not Mary Ann although 1 female name appears to be missing.

I am trying to find the marriage of John Scott b. 1813 Walsall to Mary Ann ??? b. 1815 Walsall. As their subsequent children were born Walsall, I am assuming that is where the marriage would be. I have the family on the 1851 census which indicates their eldest child is 9 and from that am guessing that the marriage took place maybe 1839-1842. Do not have Ancestry so cannot look myself. Grateful for any help. Thanks
